Trust me there is nothing which can be mentioned as dislike, reason being what an employee needs gets here, means- Good Work culture, support from the seniors and awesome colleagues.

Job security is really paramount here. If you do your job and have strived to become an important part of your respective work, you need not to fear about losing job ever. I joined this organisation 6 months back and its more like a family now.

Passion for work is encouraged. You can improve your skill set with minimum interference from management for trying out new things. Everyone works with a single point of focus- growth of the company and its employees.
