...more than 7 years and the management is superb, they have a very helpful nature. We get our salary on time without any delay. We have full right to express our thoughts & ideas in front of the management. We enjoy all the festivals in our office as we all celebrate together all the festivals in our office.

As a fresher Started this Journey. Got good experience in this field and also got to know a lot about Industry. As a martech platform, we are innovating every single day and we are learning a lot in that process. Colleagues are super cool and helpful and always with you. I also like free food here.

The work pressure sometimes is very high. We have to attend the calls continuously on some days.

Job security is no t there, do not join this I nd of company,they have hired in December once they came to know about they have removed everyone and sent home and they asked us to send resignation from our end. Company looks and management is not good at a time they have removed more than 20 people they do need t have proper plan on what they are doing. They are just playing with candidates.

Work culture is not good they Do not have proper plan everyday they were experimenting with clients,they do not have proper data. No confirmation once we complete probationary period. Working days like Monday to Friday.
