Delayed Promotions - Promotions are not provided easily even though your contributions are worthy of promotion. You have to fight with manager to get promotions. Poor Upper Management - Fake promises done by upper management in yearly meetings and townhalls which never happen in reality. Upper management will boast about profits and growth, but during appraisals somehow there are constants in their budgets. Work life balance - The work life balance is not that great. Too much work but too less staff in some departments and teams.

Very hood job security, never heard of lay offs in in this company. Work life balance is fine.

Very slow in terms of growth. The seniors in my team ok ok....not good at resolving doubts that easily. I literally had to beg on lot of occasions.

Good working culture also help me to upskill my knowledge and skill. Teammates are supportive.

Career growth is very slow. If we give any technical exam so there bond for a year. Also if we went on business tour again there is a bond.
