... but you can't because of your manager he'll be on off for sure but not you.. 4. No matter you're on roll or off roll your salary is on hold if you take a single off after the day of salary distribution management always think's like you are a culprit .if you came another day surprising for the company but not for you and you obviously ask for the salary which is not credited the answer is like credited with in next 7 to 14 days (you have to take so many follow back from HR team and the HR will ask you the details about your holiday/off and ask proofs which is a form of pdf or a clear photo then you get salary other wise forgot) the management answer will be like we thought you are not interested so we hold your salary. 5. Other branch senior scold you for no reason because he'll be frustrating from your branch . 6. This is not a company this is a (LALA COMPANY) all the seniors is from a owner family so no use if you have any problem with your manager ....( The VASHISHT FAMILY ). 7. No manner how to talk scolding ,inappropriate language, Gaaliyaaa (Bad words) is the key to survive this company.. 8. If you are a person who can be like (ji sir , ho jyega sir, apke jaisa manager kahi nahi sir, bilkul sir, great sir, wah sir ji, ji sir yahi sahi hai, Lunch kar lu sir , time ho gaya jau sir, apki gaadi hata du sir, apke zomato order sir, ) the go on ....

For HR it's a 5 days working company !!

In wti Management is really pathetic. Now in HR management have appointment a person as a HR Head, who really don't have any experience into that and that guy thinks I'm the only one who owns the team !! If anyone planning to be in HR then sorry dude it's not a place to work.

One of the worst management in car rental industry Anuj saini (ch***ya) one of worst senior employee in this organisation he doesn't know how to talk with their juniors they always use abusive language. HR doesn't know who should kept on payroll and who should not..

family atmosphere, well Qualified and deserving management peoples , you Can easily and anytime contact senior management for ur hassles.
