Dislikes

There is a slight issue with salary where oftentimes your salary amount can be reduced depending on the work you do. This does not go with the fixed salary idea we have for salary when joining. As far as I know, this only happens with writers.

...ing to learn. If you are a fresher, do not expect anything new or valuable here. ALWAYS expect a delay in salary. And if you decide to resign, brace yourself for a 20-30% deduction with no proper explanation. You will have to beg for your remaining salary. They're always hiring because, well, they're always firing.

There is nothing to like about this company. The founders are pretty young and immature, and by the looks of it, the company seems to be going bankrupt.

...paying their employees, I don't know how it can be both hour wise and word wise. They terminate employees left and right all the time without warning, and never pay you without cutting your salary.
