worst TL Worst management Aishi Chotto knows nothing..O thakle company aro dubbe.. Aishi barks all the time and makes writers' life miserable otherwise, Tanu and aheli are good Management has some different rules for senior and junior writers seniors work for 6 hours while juniors work for 12 hours and last but not the least they will talk about quality but believe me there is no quality in the writings of TLs and seniors..this is not an office this is a varabari

The only thing I liked about the organisation earlier was their friendly nature. The office is very small and congested and it does not help yourself from asking, why I am here? There is also a problem regarding the Team Leader- I would like to specially mention the name of Aishi Chattopadhyay. I have worked here for 7 months in an earlier date than posting this review. She makes work hectic even though it is not, I have worked in this field for 8 years and I think I know how to handle the work. She is questionable in her own instructions and she does not acknowledge even if she is wrong somewhere. I do have connected a few of the other TLs and I have found them good. Salary dispatch time is strictly maintained which is a positive, however, given a 12 hours shift almost regularly you expect you are paid before 10th.

Dislikes

Almost everything, the team leaders are extremely volatile. The management is surrounded by the Team Leads and they do not let talent climb there. The management encourages low job security and the quality they promise, I assure its not there. Team Leads are there to lead a team and not to rectify the errors that are made by employees that have already left! You may assign some person for that job. The management could have built a great company in that prime location even though their set up is small, but due to blindly trusting the Team Leads and not valuing their employee base the entire floor resigned as I got to know one of my friend who worked there until August. They are also very vocal about complaints and it is clear by the way they reply back to former employees or interviewees who post a review. They do not understand that listening to criticisms are essential for improvements.

Dislikes

Team Leaders are extremely IMMATURED. They behave like class 1 kids. There is nothing called "professionalism" in the company. The office itself looks like a cyber cafe. Even if you like the office, your team leaders will irritate you like hell, specially Aishi.
