There is nothing likable in the company as such. If you are a puppy dog just like other writers in the team, you will be rated highly. If not, then you will be sent various performance emails that will have a huge impact in your mental health.

The management. Highly unethical. The CEO considers it as a quirk to give out very unethical email replies and thinks it gives her company a good edge. The whole organization is doomed as specifically for a writer, they limit the creativity and impose various unprofessional burdens. One of the editor is related very closely to the CEO and has a very bad temper, which she very greatly boasts around.
