They will hire and fire the employees just like that. No career growth and job security at all. They don't have process and policies in place. HR will come up with a document and call it as policy and enforce you to adhere HR comes up with a one-sided settlement agreement and call it as mutual settlement agreement. Employees are literally murdered and their careers are spoiled here. Don't every join this company

Nothing except salary.

Dislikes

Manager plays politics. Do not provide training to team members and expect to process from day one. Manager hired to handle the process dose not know single point about the process.

They provide both time food on their cost this is only benefit

No proper work place to sit and work not good quality chairs no work place space Duplication of work and not getting pay as per work, favouritism and so many politics There are so many pros and cons, if you are in good books then you are luckiest one other wise its not up to the mark I will give 1*

Starting from the cheap lady Mrs. Rashmi HR who bargains like a fish market lady to compensate for your salary. As you will join the company you will have to fill in 200 forms. As you enter 1st day at work employee have to search for a place to sit between 15-20 employees per desk. Washrooms smells like sulabh shauchlay and canteen food first gets tasted by rats. For leaves you have to beg your manager. Coming to work it needs typewriter not laptop as the work is so manual. They will give you good package so the other company cannot-hire you easily. And its a ssc sector like BPO not a media firm. At any point of time they will put u in any process and if u will deny you’ll be asked to leave the company. Not even at your worst time don’t join this company .

Good Salary at start.

Dislikes

Proper training not provided for handover of work, low increment, work pressure high more than 1 person. Not to much gain to knowledge here to stay long term, No overtime payment policy. No other benefit of WIFI payment.
