What is job security? If there is no job satisfaction what is the use. Company culture example 2% incentive promise if we achieve the sale target, but incentive receive only once in 4 or 5 months (if we achive the sale target every month). So no promise kept for employees. I have joined in 2018 and it's 2022 first time increment receive in this four years 800 rupee. No on duty food but it was promised while joining. Apart from weekly off nothing no PL no CL. Sick leave also depend on area manager. No proper HR policy, HR available but doesn't picked up call (they say too busy). Many times system error the solution is we need to call IT team they also too busy to pick our call. HR says shortage members in their team, IT says shortage members in their team *now think what would be store level manpower.
