Waste of time. Poor management No cab for male employees No travel allowance No outing No over time No hike , No bonus No growth Full of favouritisim Lot of politics 5% apprisal will be given to expert people 😏 I have worked here for 1 year 4 nothing has been changed.

No fun, no cafeteria, no outings, team dinners or lunches, no cabs for male employees, females can't go home aa the cabs are not available every hour... Only at shift time, no wfh option

There is nothing that we can like when we work with Woundtech

Dislikes

Woundtech doesn't follow any process. It is quite insensitive about understanding employees and their concerns. It has uni-directional and ineffective management which doesn't know how to measure efforts put by an employee. We see management being biased at every level.

Its a great place for individuals looking to build innovative solutions as the leadership and board backs good ideas.

Dislikes

There are few areas of improvement such as process management, maintaining vision and attrition rate management to some level.
