Waste of time. Poor management No cab for male employees No travel allowance No outing No over time No hike , No bonus No growth Full of favouritisim Lot of politics 5% apprisal will be given to expert people 😏 I have worked here for 1 year 4 nothing has been changed.

It's a US based health care services company, the only thing I liked about the company.

Dislikes

The complete management & HR team of Hyderabad location is very unfavorable to the employees. They will just create a complex scenario and blame the employees until they self resign. They will play very dirty politics and deduct salaries for no reasons, without any prior discussion or information to an employee. This worst experience I never had before Woundtech.

Dislikes

Woundtech doesn't follow any process. It is quite insensitive about understanding employees and their concerns. It has uni-directional and ineffective management which doesn't know how to measure efforts put by an employee. We see management being biased at every level.
