My first view after getting selected in this company interview was - Compact Company | Okay Will Learn Many things | Friendly Behaviour - But after getting into work , there was no benefits for working for this company . Such as low pay , not giving proper response for our questions , they will make a rule to offend us , no friendly behaviour . During work from home culture , the management and the team leader forced us to do work and they have created some psych activities . I have frustated this coding field because of them . So please dont join in this company . You may go and try some good companies for your better life and career . Best of luck . NOTE - I will not give even single star , but there was no way . Therefore give 1 star . Dont waste your precious time in this Place .

...hey will mark you as target and they will work on you with their ugly politics . Most companies income depends on their projects but worldsource will get profit from the employee's salary and other amounts .

...nd Balaji treat the employees like slum area guys. No happiness, pressure work. Delay salary.

...end this office anyone. Dont give your certificate ever . They will not return . They will not give salary also. Hr rajaselvan is fraud. AR manager and assistant manager must learn how to treat AR callers

Company is well and good but the thing is job security is very less and none of them care male employes mainly IT department

There is no work life balance and no leaves you need to work compensate when your taking leaves

My teammates are more supportive and enjoyable persons. My team leader is very supportive. He Helps to improve knowledge. Nice work location. Provide cab drop.conducted every month R&R program.it used to encourage employees.
