Comfort zone trapped like a frog in a well. If you want to go into comfort zone with zero motivation, saturated, no hikes, no promotion, full of politics then it is best place for you.

Salary offered is not standard. Hike is not given even after you give your life to the project in which you are working. No promotion at all. Once you are declared underperformer, even after working harder and harder and better than the best teammate in your team, You won't be recognized. The term recognization is a joke here. They worst employee can be recognized here. They will create a scenario where you would feel that your job is enough in the tough time. They will promise you for many things but you will get zero return. Skill development is in its minimal amount. Even if you develop some skills, those will be rotten in no amount of time because of no utilization to those skills. Your reviews will be delivered without your discussion and same goes for rating. You are not allowed to give your inputs. Your team will be changed without prior notification. No calls, no discussion. You will get to know about your new team when your new lead/scrum master message/mail you.

Disparity in salary among peers at same exp. Skills level. Eg. 4 yrs old employee get an X amount. While a new joinee esp. Job hopper gets.. X + 1/2X amount..also being with less experience.

Work life balance is fine.

Dislikes

Dosen't do market correction salary wise. Lots of politics is played. Managers are not fair. They give preference to old people who dont have knowledge and very cunning. Lots of micromanagement is done here. Think wisely when you join over here. If you have another offer go for that.
