Work life balance is fine.

Dislikes

Dosen't do market correction salary wise. Lots of politics is played. Managers are not fair. They give preference to old people who dont have knowledge and very cunning. Lots of micromanagement is done here. Think wisely when you join over here. If you have another offer go for that.

...will go down sooner or later with such senior employees cause of there jealousy. They are irritated by how the new employees get there pay high than them and they always want to expel the new employees showing that they are the only best there but it's not. Worldline company should take a notice on this, especially Antony thinks that he owns the worldline as if its his own company forgetting that he is an employee too, too much head weight and arrogance. STRICTLY DONT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY, DONT LOOSE BEST COMPANY CHOOSING THIS ONE, AS THERE IS NO JOB SECURITY HERE, THEY THROW OUT THE CANDIDATES AS A TESTING MACHINE AFTER USE.
