I appreciate the potential the organization has and opportunities it offers to grow. Excluding few individuals, most the team is dedicated, hardworking and supportive.

Dislikes

My experience has been negatively impacted by two senior employees namely Vishal N and Jai Sahu. I have wasted lot of my time working with them because they avoid sharing the knowledge and provide improper guidance. Instead, they divert focus and create unnecessary hurdles, which has held me back personally. Particularly, Vishal treats female colleague poorly and is unprofessional and disrespectful. Other one Jai Sahu acts friendly but is the mail problem. he always seeking attention while refusing to share his expertise because he's selfish person. Even though he pretends to be helpful, his actions are damaging the team and company. Its personal for me because their actions not only affected my progress but also harming company unnecessarily specially owners seem unaware of damage they are causing. This isn't just about company; its personal for me because their behavior has wasted my time and hindered my growth.
