Overall, I can say WWT was a good company in terms of work culture, company policies.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, The teammate's environment is good, but there is a manager who handles the whole recruitment team he plays a bad and cheap politics with the teammates in order to secure his position, in fact, he doesn't know the technologies and recruitment process because he is from the operations background, used to do good excel reporting. In reality, he was a good actor.
