No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?
In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

The worst place to work at they are horrible they give salary in peanuts and make u work on Saturdays and tell u it's officially off when u sign with them they also say that the salary is increased in half-yearly and yearly basis but there is nothing as such there are very high standards for appraisals like 6 times of salary. The behaviour is of people is also terrible, they are engrossed in politics every status on WhatsApp has a meaning for the teammates and it is at all levels of management the directors are also like that. I have never seen people envious of each other and competing and pitchforking against each other I went for the brand name but it was a horrible experience you will never be able to come out of that in your life.
