1.Leaders are self oriented (Selfish in nature). 2. Not walk on the talk. 3. Instead of providing a good leadership in terms of Networking (State and National level), program planing, Implementation, Staffs wellbeing or organisational development, they focus how they can save their own position within the organisation.

I'm working in a WORLD VISION INDIA as TBC and love the ethics and friendly work environment. I like how WORLD VISION INDIA with their ongoing project UNITE TO ACT along with REACH and NTEP working with MoHFW-GOI to end Tuberculosis by 2025.

Dislikes

As a TBC, I found some issues related with late payment but later it worth. Salary is decent and carrier growth is slow. There is a bond of 15 months before which we can not resign.
