No hold by senior management at all. Employees holding Director like positions listen and follow orders given by their juniors i.e Senior Managers . Deputy Directors are not allowed to take decisions for the betterment of the organization. Operations team is the worst team I have ever seen in any organization. Seniors literally feel jealousy of their juniors, does planning and plotting to remove them who perform well throughout the tenure.

It’s an organization that has a good reputation in the market.

Dislikes

Rude, insensitive and inconsiderate supervisors made it impossible to think freely. Working from home due to covid was not an issue but their lack of understanding and support made it terrible. The culture promotes and supports bullying. There is no check and balance of who is doing what. They take constructive criticism very poorly. Overall, terrible experience!
