It is a humanitarian organization working for needy people during crisis. There is good working atmosphere and needs to adjust its salary and grade scale for appropriate staff.

Working with WFP south Sudan is so amazing , you get to meet and interact with different people . Career growth due the numerous trainings . I learnt a lot from the people i worked with and this has improved my leadership skills.

Sometimes inaccessibility of remote areas , so accessing beneficiaries becomes hard.

The end results are satisfying as you work for a good cause.

Poor work culture and politics rule the environment, tunnel vision, working in silos and very limited cross functional interaction and no growth opportunities are few drawbacks.
