No work life balance. Middle management is very poor , They don't know how to behave with female employees and this is not MNC not at all ,There is no work culture I have good 5 years of experience but i was not able survive in this company for 15days.

Nothing, there is no fun activity, no work culture, staff is so pathetic, rude, and they dont girls properly, they misbehave with them, after all this there is no hearing from HR , seniors and many more. No one respect girls, no policy, totally pathetic company. i would suggest not to work here. LIFE WILL BE IN HELLLLLLLLLLLLL.

1. HR department is veryyyyyyyy rude. 2. Seniors and company owners are characterless. 3. NO RESPECT for girls 4. no work culture 5. no policy 6. Staff bully girls and no action taken. 7. in workspend there is no policy, they can kick you out whenevr they want. 8. NO JOB SECURITY 9. No timings 10. CAB facility is pathetic. many more................... this page will become short.

The Higher management is good at owner level, however the middle management have absolute power , which results in an abuse of power, you will need to be a major sycophant in order to get something , WORK IS NOT A PRIORITY !, PEOPLE WITH NO TALENT OR REASONING ARE APPRECIATED AT BEST.
