It was earlier Tripod Software Solutions pvt ltd which is now acquired by Worksoft from 2023. The company Timings are flexible and sometimes makes you work extended hours apart from that Nothing positive.

Too many RED flags, The management talk about company members being like a family but all that are cheap tricks and one should easily point it out quickly. There is extreme levels of micromanagement, bullying and targeted personal insulting by management and high internal politics will drain your positive mindset and make you loose confidence. You will not be able to learn no new skills, their only product is poorly designed and built from entry level programmers without any lead engineers and part time consultants who keep changing very frequently resulting in catastrophic outages. The management do not value employees work and most of the talent who are smart leave the company while other realize it late and suffer. The management is egoistic and has no work ethics. Top management is panicky and insecure, who transfer all the pressure all at once to the senior resources. Its it best is to avoid the company for worklife balance.
