I allways recommend every one never choose workex for your carrier growth because don't have the money to pay you and so many CEO are their in this company they're working with another company.

Honest feedback, if you stay back then definitely management will give you what you are looking for. Entire team works together to achieve the goal. Work culture is really different from others.

Being a part of organization you will receive various chances to showcase your talent and test your skills on the ground when you actually perform it. Because of the startup culture work life balance is not that good as you have to be extensive workoholic but yes once you start you will love the job. Culture in the company as every startup is very cool and professional. You don't have to worry about your any rude behaviour. Company treats you like a family.

The extensive work culture is quite disappointing but also important to learn more.

Workex selected me for Smarterbiz, There was no transparency at job also there was no job security, many of my colleagues was treated very badly by the management, hence resigned from the job.
