They think we are robots. Make us work even on weekends. Bad planners and let others suffer My mental health got deteriorated to another level. Nobody stays for more than a year or 6 months. Haven’t achieved too much but boast like they are at Google level. Everyone is unhappy about office or work. Toxic

I strongly advise people either Tech or Non Tech roles against joining this company due to a series of issues that make it a toxic and unproductive workplace. Here's why: Small Market Share: Despite the CEO's inflated perception of the company, they barely make $1.5 million annually, struggling to gain any significant market presence. This limits growth opportunities for employees and makes job stability questionable. Egoistic Leadership: The business head and CEO are incredibly egotistical. Their arrogance creates a suffocating work environment where employees' voices are ignored or dismissed. Concerning Behavior: The CEO displays inappropriate and unsettling behavior toward women employees, which has made many feel uncomfortable and disrespected. There has been instances were women employees were inappropriately touched by the CEO, this creepiness is very evident and people in the company do talk about it. The employee raised the issue to the HR and resigned later. High Attrition Rates: The turnover rate is alarmingly high. People rarely stay long, as they quickly realize the company lacks direction, growth, and a supportive culture. Just a quick tip for people who are reading this review, I would suggest you to have a look at previous employees tenure at Wooqer. Negative Work Environment: The office is filled with negativity, stemming from poor management, a lack of direction, and constant internal conflicts. Morale is low all the time, and there's no effort to build a positive culture. There a few old thick skined employees who work like a bank employee. Especially finance team. Terrible HR Management: To make matters worse, the HR manager is ineffective and unsupportive. Instead of addressing concerns or fostering a healthy workplace, she contributes to the toxic atmosphere, further alienating employees. Overall, this company is poorly managed, stagnating in its industry, and fosters an unhealthy, unprofessional workplace. There are far better opportunities elsewhere-save yourself the stress and avoid this place.

1. No career development 2. No opinions are respected or collaborative environment. 3. They have unlimited leave policy but if you take any leave they will make you resign that day and you can't go home😂 for holidays like holi 4. Even though tou have space in office but they make/forced you sit inside suffocating cabins like primary schools. 5. Product is not being developed for the good, employees don't have a say to make it better also. 6. No respect for boundaries, no professionalism. 7. Even if you are sick, you are made to work with no concern or respect. 8. No 9to5 its all day long

Partiality, lack of professionalism lack of management, no exact Hr/ Manager has not that much knowledge and he doesn't have any bond with the employee not at all understanding/ people were joining and leaving the company in 3-4 months.
