Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

The overall experience is not up to the mark. Actually I left the job just because of the way they don't treat the labours as graduates, instead they treat us like a daily wages person. Then they force us to do overtime work. The salary deduction is intolerable. Mental pressure is high. I do not recomend this firm

Forcing people to do over time work. Deduction of salary whithout any reason. Over time salary will be missing. Sometimes Sunday is also compulsary work.

Some department really very supportive all company okay. we can improve our knowledge based on your department.

Dislikes

Management very bad no one responded. With out any reason they can hold you up to 10 PM in Quality department. Your manager don't care about you. Food very very worst. Trainees ask to HR about or need to correct in attendance they simply we will change but there is don't change. When you join the company GET your treat like trainee but there is no GET. When you leave the company at the time they mentioned GET in certificate formality purposes only they don't give order when you joining.

don't do job in WONJIN Autoparts at Gujarat plant it's a totally sosan. no eny career growth because of here 1production person work from last 5years but his sallery only 19000. even when i join company that time tell me after 1year your Sallery increase but no take any action after 1 year. no any job security because of only 1person do management there whenever he tell you don't come.
