...derstanding and you get extended leaves when you're sick or in a personal issue. salary is always on time, and performance pay keeps you working hard and smart. too many options to learn. within two months of joining, i was working with Computer Vision and NLP problem statements. would recommend for genuine learners.

Dislikes

things might move faster than other companies, and initially you need to commit sincerely. but if you're passionate about software dev and put commitment, then you'll get the hang of it soon. 9-5 laidback environment is not a good choice anyway.

Good place to work, you'll get to learn new things every day as company works with achievers mentality i.e Each employee feels that there day starts at zero and by the end of the day they must achieve something in order to feel good about themselves.

Dislikes

Can at time have slight delays in doing day-to-day activities or resolving internal system issues due to teams being U.S based.

people are supportive here initially later on it changes, team members were always supportive though also you can learn a lot as a fresher

Management is a little poor and are not ready to listen to you, the Employ relations person is the worst and won't help you much regarding anything, I feel she requires to learn some sympathy and help the employs, she won't pick your calls or reply you quickly and once you are an ex employ then forget about it I thought CEO would be a little more understanding because of his nature as a very calm person but they are also the same

Work environment and work experience.Senior are the best people and development team also supported very well.

Dislikes

Senior Test Engineer's become rude after your reply on working not coordinating with junior candidate or fresher candidate.not understanding and support from senior Testing team's for test engineer people.
