Reporting manager will take revenge on the team,no work life balance.they will not strict on the offer letter When the employee is going out side they will take revenge on them and they will ask to do 2 months notice period But they shut down the company,they have given only 1 notice period salary and closed.

Working atmosphere.. The best things i like about this company is -“ seniors encourage you to work but also encourage you to spend time with family and have some personal time..they say- don’t get too much involved in company’s work that you don’t get your personal time”

Absolutely nothing as of now.. i feel like working here for ever.

Close knit company. You can approach people with your problems and they help.

Dislikes

Horrible work life balance. No fixed working hours, you have to be available 24*7 to work/take calls. IN spite of raising the issue to HR / manager hardly no one cares to address the issue. Moreover they ask to manage the situation and pass the situation as once in a while occurance.
