You get to work with cutting edge technology and the brightest of the people. Half of the company is PhD from the top universities in the world and there are many IITians working there. So, you are dealing with people at very high level. Of course you can often get embarrassed as to how much more they know. The best part is that there is tremendous help from others in the team. Except for a few managers rest are really good. The CEO is a big-brain techie and will ask you 100 questions about what you are doing and can find shortcomings in your work in a micro-second. So, be prepared when meeting with him but most of the people do not have to deal with him. You get to work with and develop technologies in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, algorithm development, application development, cloud technology etc.

Dislikes

It is a very conservative company and not really business driven. So, you cannot expect the company to invest in great new initiatives but it is also an advantage because you can really focus on your technical work and not be under pressure all the time.
