I started as a trainee at Wockhardt before completing my master's degree. I learned lot of new techniques, I was encouraged and challenged to ask questions, learn and develop skills required for a researcher. There were always valuable discussions in the morning that helped to develop thinking process towards answering research questions. It was a great workplace to start my career because it moulded me into a researcher. My team was excellent, I always got chance to work on separate things while working in the group, which is very important in terms of developing team working skills! I would like to go back and be a part of such a great company and very welcoming, encouraging work culture!

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but the growth was slow. Although work pressure was always manageable. I would have liked to continue working at Wockhardt but I had leave for personal reasons.

As a trainee no job security and salary increament chances after asking to manager he says " You are joining on 6 month contract but it's your 8th month we didn't kick you out from work and don't ask que like this just do your everyday work " that's how he replied

Work life balance is ok. Peoples are very supportive.

Dislikes

...g to end soon and increments may be skipped like happened before in year 2021. In Nov and Dec 2022, they terminated many employees from waluj based OSD plant without any compensation. The peoples who left the organization in last 1 to 3 years are still awaiting for their full n final clearance.

Free culture, good facilities. Good project

Insecurity, Full and final settlement will take almost year. Senior management team having CTC range is more than 3 crore but still laid off from below 20 lakh salary. No policy for laid off of employees and no recruitment or placement provided

Absolutely nothing. Worst company ever

Dislikes

This company is a big time sadist and narcissistic. It drains an employee mentally and harasses them saying we will stop your salary. They gives you a said position but make you work like a labourer. I’m placed as senior product manager in the company but I was asked to do things apart from the job role.
