Their is nothing with wockhardt to like. It is very worst. Old aged staff is have groupism. They recruit staff with their references. Dept. Head did not follow PMS system. If you close to your boss you will get increament else no.

... to increase the rate of attrition. Fake CTC brake will be given to new joiners. Less in hand salary. Do not give final settlement in time. Deduct amount giving excuses. Groupism in. HR department. Did not follow PMS system. Many more thing are their to write.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Company need to much improvement in skill development, Job rotation, and most important for compensation and benefits never bothered.

My experience was pathetic just because of my boss as he made my experience terrible there. No involvement in team projects even when I was outperforming. Very slow growth and learning experience.

Nothing to like. I have supported Wockhardt in clearing MHRA audit in year 2016 but they had paid only 10% increment and a greeting card for successful audit clearance.

Dislikes

At time of reliving deducted unwanted huge amount from my salary, not paid MARS as per policy. HR team very worst. Don't join.
