This company is a big time sadist and narcissistic. It drains an employee mentally and harasses them saying we will stop your salary. They gives you a said position but make you work like a labourer. I’m placed as senior product manager in the company but I was asked to do things apart from the job role.

No work pressure, teams are cooperative Flexible working time.

No performance evaluation,no increments and variable pay since last 3 years. People who are at retirement stages or who are not having any job in hand can joined

Poor expense structure and salary structure, No expense and salary given on time , 3 to 4 months to get expenses even after spending upto 70k. No job security with unskilled Senior heirarchy and medical team with poorest knowledge and communication skills.

... our salaries. There is huge delay in salaries right from start of the job here. A month salary is paid to us in the next month end which is very terrible experience. Few months they pay us very very late say like for 3months. They had cut lot of tax for me filing wrong tax sheet.

Great team mates, most have left. Good starting package, fair work environment and plenty of soft skill training.

Job insecurity, irregular and meagre appraisal, politics and ongoing financial crises leading to cost-optimization through reducing employee benefits.
