Poor expense structure and salary structure, No expense and salary given on time , 3 to 4 months to get expenses even after spending upto 70k. No job security with unskilled Senior heirarchy and medical team with poorest knowledge and communication skills.

Work life balance is ok. Peoples are very supportive.

Dislikes

...g to end soon and increments may be skipped like happened before in year 2021. In Nov and Dec 2022, they terminated many employees from waluj based OSD plant without any compensation. The peoples who left the organization in last 1 to 3 years are still awaiting for their full n final clearance.

Insecurity, Full and final settlement will take almost year. Senior management team having CTC range is more than 3 crore but still laid off from below 20 lakh salary. No policy for laid off of employees and no recruitment or placement provided
