The only thing I like is the work life balance aspect but I don't mind losing it a little to see some growth in my life both financially and intellectually.

The new management and their policies to ignore the employees who made the company what it is today and look for new people just so that they can gain more profit by not providing hikes, not giving any role progressions even if the company has made profits.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
