Every day is a new rule for working and every day rules change. Strict documentation process with unnecessary formats. CEO lacks proper knowledge of business and operations & not able to express what kind of data he needs.

Workstation is not good, not feeling better while working, no activities, no environment, there is a some anonymous scared of CEO. There is bad facilities for employees, increment is not on tym, less increment although company is growing in terms of sales and profits. U completed your work u sit idle somehow they will give you some unnecessary work although this is not related to you.
