There's nothing to like. •1> Everytime they changes the structural plans & drawings. •2>Too much revision of one single plans(R1,R2,R3,R4,R5) like they don't know about structure analysis. •3>The consultants are too much egoistic and think they are main and their behaviour is rude. •4> Worst design of link beams too much reinforcement at one place. •5> Plans & drawings are not understandable. •6> If you want to check columns general arrangement plans drawings. You should check different plans at the checking time. Like corewall steel details they should also give numbering in the columns at same plan. •7>You will have to look at the other drawing again and again. •8>They should review their structural and MEP drawings again as both the sleeve and the steel are in the same place which creates a lot of difficulty for the fitters. • Plans should be sweet and easy to understand.

The office is located in bengaluru and salaries are paid on time is the only advantage apart from these nothing is useful.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent. partiality among the employees based on the regions as the most of the staff are from tamil nadu and Kerala. The work culture is complete shit there is no office decorum.

Never should have joined as I felt soon after I joined . No job security nor they care about employees . No work life balance . 12-15hrs min work per day . Sometimes I see ppl working till 4pm next day .. it doesn’t matter what you did in past or What you can do in future . They don’t really have a long term plan .forget long term , no plans even for next 5 yrs. Looks no future to me . No project , no performance (15hrs of hard work) - pink slip next day ...

Good team... training in required area... Good performance will be the key to be safe... Great career growth... Just do your duty, appraisal will come to you by recognition... Travel is less, only based on project requirements... As usual politics will be there, but we should be safe n stay away from all those... Good place to learn as eligible persons are at our top end... Average to good work environment... Innovative and R&D also will be there based on requirements... Good work life balance... Overall peaceful...
