...e, No increment fixed criteria, hR never receive ur call whenever u need them. Whenever they demand to come to offc at weekends, doesn't pay for you that. Most important thing they won't allow you leaves before a day or aftr a day of Indian festival either you have leave balance or not .it will mark as LWP. In short bad experience with this company.

the only fact that i was came here for same growth as this is situated in my home town and i think that i moved to right place. and a global client base client.

The compensation and growth is very slow. and their are on focus to grow their family members as there are so many family member working in WM of the manager. i have to work 12-14 hours on daily basis.

Salary comes on time and insurance is also good.

Best company with worst management tricks. Sr. Manager gives promotion to those only who bend on their knees in front of them. Unexpected promotion happens to those who never deserve it. HR is involve actively with operations in this activity.

It is amazing all together, salary compensation is low at junior level but one can learn so many things here. Supportive top management as well supervisor and others. Culture is so cool, having fun activities and interesting employee engagement activities. Quite nice experience overall.

In wm logistics overall work experience is good I learned so many things and in work culture is also very good because they very supportive specially management team they very help in lockdown duration.

I m completed 5year in wm logistics idont have major dislike but only salary cartierya is not proper this reason some time few negative thoughts come in mind but after discussing manager to change positive thoughts so no dislike
