...orking hours, working hours can be like 13 hours a day, partiality at its peak. No salary on time,forget about incentives,join if you want to see yourself demotivated and ruining your mental health.

Everything,starting from the office decorum to work culture everything is bad.salary not on time,forget about incentives.Managers and Sr Managers are good for nothing.They don't even know about the process.toxic culture, partiality is on high.

...or the product. Imagine working under people who lie to you, and manipulate you. They deliberately hide information from employees and there have been so many times when they don't pay you.
