There is some amount of job security involved if you perform according to the organization's standards. There are some people who may help you depending on their availability. But there are not many benefits in the company, and its better to look elsewhere if you are not a fresher. Wizklub is very open with hiring freshers, and they give great opportunities for them. But its not the best place for an experienced instructor.

...ow many renewals you get every 2 months does impact your performance review. 2. The company offers fixed pay and there is minimal scope of a pay raise. Quite the opposite, they are not timely with the pay on any month. There is also one or the other issue with the finance team and they are never on time with the pay nor do they pay the complete amount. 3. The management is the worst. Most of them will continuously ask you to contact somebody else whenever there is a query and it never gets resolved. But they hold you responsible if anything goes wrong even when you had asked for assistance before. Every batch comes with an ET who most of the time don't do their job, so you might have to work on their behalf as well. But you don't get paid for it. You won't be paid for anything extra you do outside your teaching hours, even then there are dozens of penalties. 4. No internal growth. Don't let them fool you into thinking that you might be able to apply for a permanent position in the organisation. That literally does not happen for anybody, and there are false promises thrown around all the time. 5. Batches are sometimes on short supply, so you won't always earn the same. Some months are good, whereas the rest are poor. Everything depends on the hours of classes you took. 6. You are contacted outside your work hours. Messages will pop up even after 10 pm at night, so no work-life balance. 7. Lastly, if you have another better opportunity, then go for that.

Worst company they asked most of us to drop paper and asked us to work all 7 days didn’t pay my salary properly didn’t pay my incentives , promise to God worst company ever I worked for

...or the product. Imagine working under people who lie to you, and manipulate you. They deliberately hide information from employees and there have been so many times when they don't pay you.

...orking hours, working hours can be like 13 hours a day, partiality at its peak. No salary on time,forget about incentives,join if you want to see yourself demotivated and ruining your mental health.
