i worked with wizcraft 2010, but it was very bad experience as our all senior start neglecting us as when i came to know that same vendor i use to pay very less amount but as our senior take commission from vendors so cost goes up for every event, as once i start saying against this then they all play game and i was force to put resignation. even our production head was having own stage setup and he was diverting all event setup in his own company. even most of seniors that time people open own company and taked most of clients from wizcraft which is not good . owners need to be in touch with employee which is important take company on another level. plz appreciate those employee who are loyal to company .

...ho if came to know that they r taking commission and have setting with vendors . as before joining wiz , i use to pay half amount to those same vendors which in wiz i saw my seniors use to pay 3 times and vendors use to pay commission to them and many more things and when i start asking questions against that whole seniors team goes against me . either it was modern stage , lalit ji or salesh stage vendor they all know. if wizcraft want to increase in profitability and good work, they need to change seniors and take those peoples who take company as mother and serve by heart .

Dislikes

Lacks backbone. Owners do not care about the rest of the team. Hardly get involved in any of the dealings of the company. Have a bad reputation of cheating their vendors by either paying very late of not paying entire amount.

Work life balance and team management is critical. Because the industry is like that. Better choose the right path rather jumping in this well.

No support or guidance from the senior team. Even HR is just for name sake.

They hire people when in need for a project and just fire them without reason if they dont have projects in hand . No humanity
