It is startup organisation and which means you build everything from ground zero. The pleasure of building the company from zero is not what multinational can give you. I am Indian and proud that we are building a global company from India .

Nothing really because we have not build most of the thing and staying positive is most important

Good for people who are starting their career. It's a young team where you can share your ideas and learn new things if you are willing to acquire knowledge bcos nobody has the time to train you.

No support from top management in terms of acquisition and retention of customers

Great start up company. Visionary leadership team - co-founders Mr. Ramkumar Ramachandran and Mr.Ramkumar Govindarajan are true leaders. They way the conduct the business and work ethic is commendable. Both the founders are great communicators.

Initially a good company when founder was hands on but as company grew he has left decisions in the hands of people who are basically only looking out for themselves. There is hence no job security at all.

Contradictory opinions are taken personally by the managers and you will be sidelined for it. If you are comfortable being an 'yes' man then go for it.
