It has been a really good experience, working in wits inovation lab. There is Friday party every week on Fridays. Good culture.

Dislikes

Less experience senior , bad management in terms of project . Need to work on efficient work life balance. Very bad product management and thought everyone is good but the lack of management make the working hepatic and demotivating every day.

Likes

People are friendly, mostly supportive. If you are a fresher go for this company. Highly recommend it.

If you are an experience engineer, don't Join. No work balance as management always create fake urgency that they need to submit project. Which creates terrible working hours with a lot of interns. This company is exploiting interns in the name of employment. For Inters why I say it's good that they get to learn a lot from this company.

Everything is soo smooth when you are working in this company. Work culture, Friday parties, events, bonuses, Flexible working hours, appreciation, growth, and opportunities. I've never seen a company that treats its people like family members. They care a lot about you in terms of anything. Glad to be a part of this organization.

Great work environment. Within 6 months it feels like family, looking forward towards a long term journey with WIL family. Flexible timings and very supportive management. Best company in tricity.

They have very poor management, the person who wants to know the life lessons or you have any of your enemy you want to deal with, just send him to this company. They are very good, for frustrating anyone.

Working hours are that much even Narainmurty will take inspiration from them. Manager thinks he is the achiever even his biggest achievement in life is to get birth. Others is just mouth feeding and credit stealing his entire life. Rule is, if manager is in office, you can't leave it. W t f is this. So DO NOT JOIN this company if you want to Fcuked up your work life balance. Also don't except proper Saturday leave here. Even your Sunday is not secured sometimes.
