1. Lack of professionalism in communication. 2. New rules were introduced without prior notice. 3. Not enough client projects. 4. No job security, you are only safe if you have project in hand. 5. They lie about employees experience to get client interviews. Employees sometimes can't justify this much experience in the interview and get blamed if it doesn't go well. 6. There were some people monitoring employees activities. 7. Junior employees with less work were paid more than experienced employees who handle more work. 8. Some of the reviews on google are fake, as employees were asked to give good ratings.
