🔴 Salary Delays & False Commitments - Employees are never paid on time—sometimes delayed for months. - Fake promises of hikes, bonuses, and appraisals that never happen. - If you ask about your salary, management gives excuses or ignores you. 🔴 Horrible Management & No Structure - No proper HR policies, no hierarchy, and no one knows what they’re doing. - One Director is completely unprofessional, with no leadership skills and knowledge. - Employees are overloaded with work but get no support or appreciation. - Decisions are made randomly without any logic. 🔴 Toxic Work Culture & Unethical Practices - The company runs on fake propaganda and false commitments to clients and employees. - High employee attrition rate—people leave within months because of the terrible environment. - No training, no learning, just pure exploitation. - Complaints are ignored, and favoritism is rampant. 🔴 No Job Security & Future - No long-term stability—the company seems to be on the verge of collapse. - No proper projects, no growth, just false promises to employees. - Unethical business practices make it an unreliable employer and service provider. No Pros, No cons. Witan Excel is hands down one of the worst company to work for. There is absolutely nothing positive about this place - only stress, uncertainty and unethical practrices.

Major Red flag: Salary : Salaries are delayed for every month. Unnecessary salary deduction without justification. No pay slips provided. Does not provide FNF amount. 3 Months salaries are pending, who are left the organisation. toxic work culture: No career growth, only politics and gossips. Humiliations and insults from management on daily basis. No support for medical emergencies. Fake branding - They mention isomatrix as parent company to mislead candidates. Unethical and unprofessional practices: unfair termination of employees, without notice, salary, or valid reason. no support in exit process - making it harder for employees to move forward in their career. A handful of directors run the organisation based on personal whims, ignoring logic and fairness.

...Directors play start drama with managers and give false & lie statements when they stop salary so that they dont become bad. Salary delay always is pre planned by identifying employee needs and next is interaction between directors & managers& employee is too Bad . Entire management system - 0.

Worst culture &! 3rd class, Experienced worst days from day 1 . Positive reviews in Google and here are fake. Don't expect any change from company. Fake website with fake products & services not even single service has presented real. Unfortunate if any Next any positive reviews those will be fake . All negative reviews are 100% original . Company has followed complete unethical management practices in many cases. Office is a Gossips Factory. Founders, directors does not have rights to intimidate employees in workplace while working or after leaving the firm. Public Humiliation, harassment by stopping salary suddenly without any reason, office politics, bullying is too high in the workplace. director, manager habit of talking longer hours to employees, employs felts mental fatigue.

Nothing positive! Worst work culture. Every month salary is delayed. No opportunity to grow only politics and office gossip are there. Don't provide last working months salary, don't provide releasing documents. No support in medical emergency. Humiliation and insults are the key activities work management/ directors do. They take the name of Isometrix as the parent company of witan to attract client / candidates . It's totally fake.

Dislikes

They cut salary unnecessarily every month. Worst leave and attendance policy. There are 4-5 people including directors who control the whole company with their whish, thoughts and senses. No logic and proofs are accepted there. They terminate people without any prior information, salary, notice period and the most important without any valid reason. They don't bothered to check the fact for what they're terminating someone. No one gets their last month salary and documents. Don't provide pay slips.
