...heir juniors. Only support for own state people. No respect for employees work . Due to management problem people are leaving company remaining salary increment not good due to this management only . Rules and regulations for some particular designation people. Wistron salary dates and remaining facilities are good . Company is super but present management is too much torturing. Particular department are good but some department people are too bad they are supporting their relatives. Increment, respect they will give according to their relationship. This is my personal experience from my department where I worked.

Good environmental and friendly policy with wistron But salary should be as multinational companies Not like local Indian contracting company Overall wistron is good and you can learn alot from here, best memories you can have from. Wistron👏👏👏👍👍👍👍

Management is not good. There is no proper plan. There is no Respect for engineers. We are not seeing future for this company

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow
