...heir juniors. Only support for own state people. No respect for employees work . Due to management problem people are leaving company remaining salary increment not good due to this management only . Rules and regulations for some particular designation people. Wistron salary dates and remaining facilities are good . Company is super but present management is too much torturing. Particular department are good but some department people are too bad they are supporting their relatives. Increment, respect they will give according to their relationship. This is my personal experience from my department where I worked.

Management is not good. There is no proper plan. There is no Respect for engineers. We are not seeing future for this company

In wistron I am working In Adecco contract only from last 3 years for same salary. I asked contract HR so many times for conversion of CDL to ODL but no one reapons properly there is no growth for me in this company.
