...there. After that they don't bother about you. Client will treat you like slave. If you raise concern with them they don't pay attention at all.

Worked on internal tools of the client where there is no scope of learning. Hikes and salary is very low. When you join they say minimum hike of 30 percentage. Gives you 5-10 percent hike in which half of the component is retention bonus No work life balance. Managers just hear your problems and says that's how everywhere things works You are forced to have 98 percent attendance and no flexibility in using your own leaves which lapse.
