Lack of proper training and support for employees transitioning from different backgrounds. Poor management decisions, mass layoffs, and no severance support for employees. A toxic environment where even the HR who sold the company’s vision didn’t stay.

all they do is to acquire the well performing products related to supply chain domain and fire the employees from that company. They don't love the employees all they need is the customers of the product.

Slow career growth, not much opportunities to grow as individual, lack of KPI, lot of internal politics, dry promotions and bad remuneration review system. One who do buttering will get faster recognition.
