I liked the xompetitive environment amongst the different teams which boost you up to generate more revenue. Also, I learned a lot from my manager, Tanuka Banerji about sales, email writing and discipline which has helped me a lot in my new organization

Dislikes

Salary structure is not even, some have way above average salary and others have way below the average salary. Apart from that, the system was not organized, you cannot share your problems with the HR or the higher management because all of them are friends and there won't be any secret keeping amongst them.
