I started my career from here and learned many things as a Fresher. Company culture and environment are very good and very supportive teammates. Job is secure and satisfied with my work here. For freshers, it's good opportunity for starting the carrier. Very supportive seniors whose always ready to help you anytime.

Dislikes

Salary is very less for freshers and very slow appraisal process. you have to request for your apprisal after completion of 1 year also no hike. Strictly follow the timings and working hours.

It is a very good for mid level career people. And there is a lot of scope for learning. Compensation wise too good but no other benefits. No company culture. Poor management. Over all it is a good company.

The company is very inclusive towards its employees and the nature of work is also great. They follow an open door policy wherein the CEO timely interacts with the employees and clears their doubt regarding the smallest of issues faced. Overall, the work environment is very cordial and great to scope of learning exists. :)

No standard. Poor management. No manager, CEO and director directly involves, adds on excessive pressure to employees which makes developers to write junk codes. No proper documentation followed. No proper ticketing tools used.

The pressure of work & no solid management. No good managers with sound technical skills, 'cause of which junior developers are free to write dirty codes, no coding policy, no road map towards a task & no automation testing. HR of the company is a big headache for everyone. HR doesn't help on time & make others feel how much useless he is. Only thing the HR knows is 'how to make people frustrated '. Apart from all these, The top management is a listener of new ideas, they love R & D kind of work, & they pushes you to work hard & learn more. They generally give a good increment to the right candidate.
