... nothing really good here, not even job security since that 45 days pool policy. If you are in pool for more than 45 days they would stop your salary and after some time they will force you to resign. Or threaten you to terminate.

...here companies where laying off mercilessly, Wipro held us like a true friend. And i will pay back with my hard work.

Though its a great company, management is very poor, starts with training and goes till project. Higher management doesn't value their people. Appraisal doesn't carry the respect it deserves. Disgusting politics and ignorant managers have found their way into this.

There is nothing to like apart from the fact that the company won't fire you until you have done something very serious

Salary and hike structure is very bad also you will find boot lickers everywhere

Salary deductions are made a part of the organization that too in a very intelligent way of robbing employees. Unnecessary meetings trainings and useless stuff. I would like to suggest everyone better to look after any other company.
