very less salary, team leads are behave very lazy, they don't have seriousness, Shift allowance & over time allowance are not giving properly, Wipro is giving 10% of hike & Reducing the Shift allowance money.

...he only factor most of the wiproites are thinking of other organisations mostly. If the hikes and compensation scale can be expanded according to the eligibility then it will be greatly appreciated.

Various facilities are available at campus. Work environment is best. Policies are also good. And they provide multiple learning opportunities.

I worked in Wipro for more the 2.5 years. Salary hike is worst. Which I didn't expect by Wipro. They should understand that salary is the main thing which an employee need to survive.
